MANILA - As the Philippine National Police grapples with the kidnap-slay of a South Korean businessman allegedly at the hands of rogue policemen, PNP chief Director General Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa revealed Monday that another Korean has been victimized by scalawag cops in a robbery-hold-up incident in Angeles, Pampanga.

Dela Rosa's statement comes amid an investigation into the murder of Korean businessman Ick-Joo Jee who was allegedly abducted in the guise of an anti-drug operation and later killed inside Camp Crame.
