MANILA - Administration standard bearer Mar Roxas sees nothing wrong with the comics telling his version of what he did in the aftermath of super typhoon "Yolanda" in Tacloban City. In fact, he is even thankful.

Supporters of Roxas reportedly distributed the comics during a campaign rally in Cavite last Sunday.

It has since been criticized in social media, with the comic book being called out for reliving the pains caused by the super typhoon.

Huwag kayo..."

The artist who drew the comic book portraying the "heroism" of Roxas during the aftermath of the disaster on Tuesday clarified that he was only commissioned by the followers of the Liberal Party (LP) candidate to sketch the comics.

Veteran illustrator Karl Comendador pointed out that he is actually a supporter of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.

He apologized to those may have been offended by his depiction of Roxas in the comics.
