Clearly in a playful mood, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurztbach did not give a direct answer when she was asked if she is dating "Sexiest Doctor Alive" Mikhail Varshavski during a Facebook Q&A session hosted by American TV show "Extra."

The 26-year-old Wurtzbach, who earlier denied that there is a "specific someone in her life" at the moment, said that she will reveal her relationship status at the right time. "Sa tamang panahon," she teased.

Rumors about the Filipina dating Varshavski, who was featured in People magazine's 2015 "Sexiest Man Alive" issue, began swirling when the two met in New York last month. They were also spotted hitting a boxing gym together, as well sharing a few videos on Snapchat.

Varshavski, described as the "the real life McDreamy," is a Russian-born doctor working at the Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey. Known as Dr. Mike for short, the 26-year-old has more than one million followers on Instagram.

In an interview with the Huffington Post back in January, Varshavski admitted that he is "actively looking for a serious relationship and surprisingly this fame has not made it simpler to find a compatible partner."

Around the same time, Wurtzbach described her "ideal man" as someone who is smart and has a good sense of humor. "Those are the two qualities that are important to me," she said.

Other men who have been linked to Wurtzbach since she won the Miss Universe crown last December include ABS-CBN reporter Atom Araullo and Hollywood actor James Franco.

Wurtzbach, however, has repeatedly maintained that her focus remains to be on her duties as the reigning Miss Universe and on her advocacy of raising awareness on HIV.
