MANILA – Philippine bet Rachel Peters finally had the opportunity to meet the reigning Miss Universe, Iris Mittenaere of France.
Peters and Mittenaere had a meal at Buca di Beppo in Las Vegas together with Miss Universe 2017 candidates from Italy, Ghana, USA, and Japan as part of the pre-pageant activities.
“Finally met the gorgeous Iris Mittenaere,” Peters said in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
