MANILA -- The viral story of "Kath & Vince" is hitting the big screen soon.

Star Cinema on Friday announced that Julia Barretto, Joshua Garcia, and Ronnie Alonte will take the lead roles.

The movie will be helmed by “Be My Lady” director Theodore Boborol.

"Kath & Vince" is written by Jenny Ruth Almocera, the same author who wrote the hit socialserye "The Wrong Message."
