MANILA – Canadian beauty queen Siera Bearchell is set to return to the Philippines once again, this time to help in the country’s tourism efforts.

Bearchell, who represented Canada in the 2016 Miss Universe pageant held in Manila early this year, said she is out to “test if it’s truly more fun in the Philippines.”
