The show's title "#38" stands for Rajo Laurel's 38th collection presented at the artsy confines of the exclusive members-only Manila House at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, which provided the perfect backdrop to the designer's latest ready-to-wear line.

Inspired by his recent holiday at Italy's famed Amalfi Coast, Laurel's Spring/Summer 2017 collection fully utilized bright, sunny and breezy colors, pleated stripes, and unusual shapes that made each outfit a unique sight. The clothes also appeared to effortlessly fall on the body, making it look easy to wear, hassle-free to pack, and a must-see for any modern Filipina woman looking to satiate her wanderlust this summer.
