MANILA - In an immense show of love, the family and boyfriend of Miss Universe Mexico Kristal Silva traveled for 27 hours to attend Monday's Miss Universe coronation in the Philippines.

The beauty queen's parents, Luis Eduardo and Noelha Silva, and her boyfriend, Luis Angel waved a Mexican flag as they gave messages of encouragement to Silva.

"Mexico te llama (Mexico loves you)," the group told Silva.

The Mexican beauty made it to the Top 13 of the international beauty contest, along with Miss Philippines Universe Maxine Medina.
