Broadway star and “The Voice of the Philippines” coach Lea Salonga made this statement as she denied being part of the lineup of performers in the Miss Universe pageant set on January 30 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Early this week, Tourism Undersecretary Kat de Castro said she heard that Salonga, her fellow “The Voice” coaches Bamboo and Sarah Geronimo, and singer Jed Madela will perform at the 65th Miss Universe.
