MANILA – Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo on Tuesday confirmed the appointment of actor Cesar Montano as the new chief operating officer of the Tourism Promotions Board (TBP).

Speaking with ABS-CBN News’ Mario Dumaual, Teo said Montano will help in the preparations of the next edition of the Miss Universe pageant, which is set to be held in the Philippines in 2017.
