MANILA - They might have been more outgoing in recent months, but it appears Sarah Geronimo is still not comfortable being seen with boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli when reporters are around.

In an interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda" on Wednesday, Guidicelli was asked on why he and Geronimo did not walk the red carpet of the Star Magic Ball together last month.

He first said that he decided to go with friends, race car driver Marlon Stockinger included, before admitting that Geronimo is a shy person.

Nevertheless, he maintained that he and his pop star girlfriend are in good terms. "We're very good. Sarah and I, we are happy together. She's doing many outgoing things nowadays and she's back to work --everything has been good," he explained.

Asked if he and Geronimo, whom he has been with for three years already, would marry in Cebu, a flustered Guidicelli replied: "I don't know yet. Maybe in Cebu. Siyempre --we'll see if she wants it there."

Guidicelli was a guest of the late night talk show to promote his upcoming concert dubbed "Matteo Made in Cebu,” on November 18 at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Mactan.
