Showbiz world mourns Isabel Granada's death

MANILA - Tributes began to pour in on social media for actress Isabel Granada following her death in Doha, Qatar at the age of 41.

Chuckie Dreyfus, a former love-team partner of Granada, thanked the actress for all the moments they shared.

 

Bianca Lapus, Granada's close friend, said she was grateful for two decades of friendship with her.

 

"Heaven just gained another Angel . . . Rest in peace sis Isabel Granada i am thankful for the 2 decades of friendship we had," Lapus wrote.

"Ok lang kahit di na tuloy ang date natin at inuman ng guyabano juice at pagtatawanan natin na after i gave birth hindi na kasya sakin ang costume natin sa play na noli me tangere kung saan nag alternate tyo as maria clara at tinanggap ko yung role ko na mermaid sa Halik ng Sirena dahil sa iisang rason na ikaw ang bida dun kahit hirap na hirap ako sa buntot ko at muntik malunod tapos tawa ka ng tawa.
