MANILA -- It's not everyday that you get to shop with Kris Aquino.

That's why Kapamilya star Angel Locsin was quite thankful when Aquino accompanied her on Wednesday to shop for some kitchenware and furnishings for her home.

In an Instagram post, Locsin described how shoppers reacted when they saw the former "Kris TV" host walking around the mall.

"Naglakad lang kami pabalik kasi gusto nyang mag-walk lang. Nakakatuwa kasi nagugulat 'yung mga taong nakakasalubong niya na hindi makapaniwala na naglalakad-lakad lang siya na parang hindi Kris Aquino,'" Locsin wrote.

According to Locsin, the 45-year-old TV host has always been ready to help without expecting anything in return.

"Hindi siya maarte. Mukha lang talaga," she said.

"Pero napaka-game at makataong taong makikikala mo," she added, revealing that Aquino even allowed her borrow her card so she can get a discount.

Aquino and Locsin are long-time friends.

Aquino, who has been very supportive of Locsin's projects, was recently spotted watching the actress's newest movie "The Third Party."

In 2014, when Locsin and her ex-boyfriend Luis Manzano were still together, Aquino even offered to sponsor their honeymoon in Italy.
