MANILA - Paulo Angeles of Hashtags fame clarified his rumored relationship with Heaven Peralejo, one of the teen housemates of the ongoing season of "Pinoy Big Brother" (PBB).

"Nanligaw po ako before," admitted Angeles, adding that Peralejo's mother had a hand in his decision to stop. "Sabi kasi ng mom niya eh na maghintay kapag 18 na si [Heaven], na friends na lang muna."

(I tried to woo her. But her mom said I should wait for Heaven to turn 18. So, we just stayed as friends.)

Angeles made these revelations in an interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda" on Wednesday to promote his group's upcoming concert tour dubbed "The Road Trip", with fellow members Ronnie Alonte and McCoy de Leon.

Asked if he plans to once again court Peralejo once she turns 18 in two years time, Angeles said: "Depende ho sa plan ni God, kung nandoon pa rin."

(It depends on God's plan for us.}

For now, Angeles shared he is satisfied with just showing his support for Peralejo as she tries to win the reality show.

He was with Peralejo's mother during last Saturday's eviction night when it was revealed that Peralejo staved off elimination.
