It was a long time coming, but Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho finally fulfilled their dream of exchanging wedding vows in a church ceremony in Paris on Saturday.

About 250 friends and family, including some of local showbiz's biggest names, jetted to the French capital to watch the celebrity doctors, who have been together for more than 12 years, marry at the American Church in downtown Paris.

Smartphones were said to have been banned inside, with the couple insisting on an intimate and private affair. A photo uploaded on the official Instagram of Belo Medical Group served as the first shot on social media of the two as a married couple.

Belo could be seen clad in a gorgeous couture blush wedding dress designed by Michael Cinco, while Kho looked sharp in his black tuxedo ensemble as they made their way to the reception.

Belo and Kho took their wedding vows with baby daughter Scarlet Snow sitting inches away from them. The couple were married in a civil ceremony in June.

Celebrity couples Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, Lucy Torres and Richard Gomez, and Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez were among the guests.

TV director Quark Henares and sister Cristalle, Belo's children from her first marriage with Atom Henares, were also present.

Others who attended were: Piolo Pascual, Derek Ramsay, Alden Richards, Korina Sanchez-Roxas, Dyan Castillejo, clothing magnate Ben Chan, socialite Tessa Prieto-Valdes, former Miss Universe Margie Moran, and Jinkee Pacquiao.

On the eve of the wedding, Belo and Kho's guests were treated to a welcome dinner aboard a 70-meter cruise ship that sailed along the River Seine.

Sharing a photo from the intimate get-together, Belo acknowledged having pre-wedding jitters. "I think I'm telling [Hayden] that I'm a little bit nervous."

"And he assured me everything will be fine. Today, we finally start another journey in our relationship," she wrote.
