According to Saturno, the recording featured arrangement from Dante Trinidad and Jun Orenza, and was produced by Boyet Manahan of Dyna Records --one of the first indie record labels in the country.

It is one of the few documented recordings of Monro, who died from liver cancer in 1985, singing a Filipino hit. His son, Matt Monro, Jr. performed in the country last year.
