MANILA -- Will actress Ellen Adarna be giving birth anytime soon?

Citing an undisclosed source, PEP reported that Adarna was recently spotted with her boyfriend, actor John Lloyd Cruz, at a private hospital in Cebu where she allegedly had a routine checkup before giving birth.

PEP also shared a photo of the couple while stepping out of the doctor’s clinic, provided also by an unnamed source. The picture shows Adarna in a loose black shirt, leggings and flip flops, while Cruz could be barely seen in the photo as he was walking behind his girlfriend.

PEP said the same photo was published in Newsgraph’s Facebook page.

Meanwhile, TV5 reported that Cruz cited Adarna's pregnancy as the reason why she was unable to attend the preliminary investigation of a pending case against her.

The actress’ camp asked for a rescheduling of the preliminary investigation to a later date since Adarna is supposedly set to give birth anytime soon.

The couple, who has been on hiatus from showbiz for quite some time now, has yet to publicly address rumors about a baby on the way.
