MANILA -- Actor Albert Martinez is all set to join ABS-CBN's upcoming series "General's Daughter" which stars Angel Locsin.

On Instagram on Wednesday, Martinez shared photos of his "immersion" as he prepares for his role in the new series.

Martinez joins a powerhouse cast that also includes Maricel Soriano, Eula Valdes, Janice de Belen and new Kapamilya actress Ryza Cenon.

Martinez was last seen in the series "The Good Son."
