Janine Berdin, who previously tried her luck in acting but failed, and Reggie Tortugo, a singing-contest veteran, are your new 'Tawag ng Tanghalan' grand finalists. It's Showtime
They're one step closer toward their dream of winning "Tawag ng Tanghalan."
Janine Berdin and Reggie Tortugo booked their spots in the grand finals of the "It's Showtime" singing contest on Friday.
Berdin, who sang Demi Lovato's "Skyscraper" for her last semifinals performance, got the highest combined score from the judges and public votes (97.98%).
Tortugo, a singing contest veteran, was a distant second with 60.84%, but it was enough to earn him a chance to bag the championship. He sang South Border's "Love Of My Life."

Both will join previously announced finalists such as Tuko delos Reyes, Sofronio Vasquez, Makoto Inoue, Steven Paysu, Jovany Satera, Alfred Relatado, Anton Antenorcruz and Remy Luntayao.
