MANILA – Kapamilya artists bagged the major prizes at the 48th Box Office Entertainment Awards held at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater of the Ateneo de Manila University on Sunday.

Among those who graced the awarding ceremony were Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo, who were named Box Office King and Queen, respectively, for their movie "Barcelona: A Love Untold."

Also present were Coco Martin and Vice Ganda, who were recognized as the Phenomenal Stars of Philippine Cinema for their 2016 movie "The Super Parental Guardians."

Likewise spotted was Nadine Lustre, who was named the Princess of Television. Her onscreen partner and real-life boyfriend James Reid did not make it to the event but was given the Prince of Television accolade.

Meanwhile, other “Ang Probinsyano” stars including Susan Roces, Yassi Pressman and Arjo Atayde were also seen at the ceremony. Their series was awarded Most Popular TV Program Primetime Drama.
