MANILA – Kapamilya singer Morissette has been selected to be the co-host of Grammy winner Michael Bolton for the American singer’s upcoming show “Bolt of Talent.”

On Instagram, Morissette shared her photo with Bolton taken at the Rizal Park in Manila on Wednesday, where they spent their first day of filming for the talent search.

Morissette said she is beyond thrilled to join Bolton “on his search for talents here in the Philippines and around Asia.”

She also thanked Star World Asia and Fox, which will produce the show, for the opportunity, adding that she is already looking forward to the rest of this whole experience.

According to Star World, “Bolt of Talent” is an original new series following Bolton’s search for Asia’s top musical talent.

“Undiscovered gifted singers go head to head for a dream record deal and a once in a lifetime opportunity to join Micahel Bolton’s world tour,” the network said.
