Here's Vilma Santos' first-ever post as an Instagram newbie

Screen veteran and politician Vilma Santos, dubbed the Philippines' Star for All Seasons, has finally caught up with the era of social media.

The Batangas governor, 64, has finally joined Instagram, her son, TV host Luis Manzano, announced to his 2 million followers on Thursday.
Manzano welcomed his "momskie" with a throwback photo of them together. He tagged the account @vilmasantosrecto, confirming it to be Santos' username on the image-sharing platform.
Santos' bio reads: "Mother. Politician. Star for All Seasons!" So far, she's only followed one account -- that of Manzano's.

Her first-ever post is a portrait of her with her signature glasses, hairdo, and blazer. In its caption, she wrote: "My son @luckymanzano and my #Vilmanians, I'm on Instagram na!"
