MANILA - "Sino naman ang hindi mafa-fall?"

These were the words of actress Jennylyn Mercado when asked about the possibility of falling in love with "Just the 3 of Us" co-star John Lloyd Cruz if she were single.

The 28-year-old Mercado, who has admitted giving her relationship with actor Dennis Trillo another try, was speaking in an interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda" on Thursday.

She also talked about her role in "Just the 3 of Us." She plays CJ Manalo, an airport ground crew member whose audacious claim that she is carrying the child of a pilot named Uno (Cruz) kickstarts the film's plot.

"Dream niya ang maging flight attendant pero ground crew pa lang siya. Sinisipat-sipat pa lang niya si John Lloyd kasi piloto, crush na crush niya," she narrated.

"So isang gabi mayroong party at may nangyari. Hangga't sa nabuntis si CJ at hindi niya alam kung papaano niya iha-handle iyong situation na iyon," she added.

Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, "Just the 3 of Us" will hit theaters on May 4.
