What Julia said on 'real score' with Coco

MANILA -- "Doble Kara" star Julia Montes has continued to evade questions about the real score between her and "Ang Probinsyano" star Coco Martin.

In a press conference held Friday, the 21-year-old told entertainment reporters and bloggers to direct their questions to Martin.

"Lalaki po dapat ang sasagot," she said.

She added, however, that she and Martin, 34, currently share a "special connection."

"Super iba lang 'yong communication namin," she said. "May usapan naman po kami. Nag-uusap naman po kami."

Last year, she bought a house in the same village as Martin.

Strong foundation, friendship

According to Montes, the multi-awarded actor has also taught her many things not just about showbiz, but also about life.

"Opo ang dami po, mapa-personal, mapa-work, mapa … lahat halos siguro. And napakabuti po kasi niyang tao so alam ko nasabi ko na ‘to dati na wala siyang masamang tinapay. Ayun napakabuti niyang tao," she said.

She added as well that Martin's good looks and personality can easily attract any woman.

"Syempre, grabe naman. Gwapo naman talaga si Coco, lahat naman halos ng babae sino ba naming di magkakagusto sa kanya," she said. "Kahit sinong babae, wala kang masasabi na masama about kay Coco."

Their strong foundation, she said, also made her feel more comfortable working with Martin-- his leading man in the phenomenal hit series "Walang Hanggan."

"Siguro, iba yung nagstart yung friendship namin, 'yong foundation namin yung strong. Kasi kapag sino yung mapagkakatiwalaan ko and relax ako and komportable ako, siya talaga," she said.

"Kasi sa kanya ako relax and nakilala ko kasi yung buong Coco Martin or Rodel Nacianceno na talagang hindi showbiz, Pilipinong lalake."
