MANILA -- Teen idol Daniel Padilla on Monday was once again asked about the real score between him and rumored girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo.

The popular love team appeared on the debut episode of ABS-CBN's new morning talk show with hosts Melai Cantiveros, Jolina Magdangal and the actor's mother, Karla Estrada.

"Alam niyo, ang masasabi ko na lang, para sa amin ni Kathryn action speaks louder than words," Padilla said.

Meanwhile, Bernardo took the opportunity to greet Padilla, who is turning 21 next week.

"Feeling ko sobrang tanda na niya. Parang ang bilis, 21 na siya," she said. "Pero sana madami ka nang natutunan at alam mo na kung paano i-handle ang lahat ng bagay. At sana ay palagi kang happy everyday. Dahil kapag happy ka, ay masaya kaming lahat. So enjoy lang palagi, happy birthday," Bernardo said.

Padilla, for his part, assured viewers that he is "very happy."

"Simula nung nagsimula kami ni Kathryn hanggang ngayon, wala akong masasabi kung hindi salamat dahil ang sarap," he said.

"Ang sarap na partner mo ang kasama mo sa success. So wala na akong mahihiling kung hindi yun na yon," Padilla added.

Padilla and Bernardo are set to do a movie under the direction of Olivia Lamasan.
