Enzo Pineda is marking another milestone as a new Kapamilya, following his back-to-back roles on television via "Pusong Ligaw," and currently, "Bagani."

This time, the 27-year-old actor is joining the cast of Star Cinema's upcoming comedy flick, "Da One That Ghost Away," alongside Kim Chiu and Ryan Bang.

Pineda's casting was announced after his pictorial for the Tony Reyes film, which follows a group of ghost hunters, including Chiu and Bang's characters, and those of Lassy Marquez, Moi Bien, and Pepe Herrera.

Their client: Pineda's character, who pays them a million pesos to investigate his home and rid it of apparent paranormal presence.

"Walang dull moment," Chiu said of what to expect from the film. "Lahat, on- and offcam, laugh lang nang laugh, kaya excited na kami na mapanood nila 'yung movie. Kasi gano'n din 'yung feeling -- kung ano 'yung naramdaman ko, I'm sure gano'n din ang mararamdaman niyo pag nanood kayo."

Also part of the Star Cinema production are onscreen partners Maymay Entrata and Edward Barbers, who were last seen on the big screen in "Loving in Tandem" in 2017.
