MANILA -- A self-confessed fan of the Korean series "Love in the Moonlight," comedian Vice Ganda received a surprise as one of the series' lead stars videotaped a birthday greeting for him.

Korean singer-actor Jinyoung thanked Vice for his support as he greeted him on his birthday.

Jinyoung also expressed hope that he will be invited on "Gandang Gabi Vice" someday.

It was Sandara Park who got Jinyoung to greet Vice on his birthday.

"Hindi ko alam kung anong birthday gift ko sa'yo kasi nasa 'yo na ang lahat," Park told Vice in a separate greeting.

Jinyoung plays the role of Kim Yoon-sung in the series "Love in the Moonlight," which is currently airing on the Kapamilya network.

He is also a member of Korean boy group B1A4, who recently had a concert in the Philippines.

Vice has been tweeting about his admiration for Jinyoung and his "Love in the Moonlight" co-star Park Bo-gum.
