The 25-year-old singer, who is dubbed the industry's "Soul Supreme," entered show business in the grandest way -- to deafening applause as she was announced the first-ever winner of "The X Factor Philippines" in 2012.

The video was initally meant to prompt reflection on Tandingan's evolution as a singer, but the Cornerstone artist, upon seeing her family in matching shirts cheering her on, was instead overwhelmed with emotions: a mix of gratefulness and longing.
