MANILA - San Jose Del Monte Rep. Florida Robes has filed a bill seeking to declare March 28 each year, which is President Rodrigo Duterte's birthday, as a special national working holiday.

Robes filed House Bill 5377 to commemorate "true Philippine Reforms, Reunification and Development" or "PRRD".
