The “Hour of Code” coding tutorial uses a robot powered by artificial intelligence to explore a new planet.

Accenture said young students will learn about AI techniques by teaching a robot to explore a new planet by recognizing plants and animals, understanding new language and having conversations with other inhabitants.

The campaign was launched in 2013 by non-profit Code.org and has since completed 450 million hours of tutorials, said Hadi Partovi, the organization's co-founder and CEO.
