MANILA - Regulators have approved a provisional toll increase in the North Luzon Expressway, a transport official said Tuesday.

The P0.25 per kilometer adjustment will cover only the portion from north of Marilao to Sta. Ines in Mabalacat, Pampanga, said Transportation assistant secretary Bert Suansing. It will take effect on Nov. 6.

The board also granted a provisional P0.67 per kilometer increase in toll from Sto. Tomas to Batangas effective on Nov 6.
