MANILA - PhilWeb Corp said Thursday it acquired a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp electronic gaming site in Lapu-Lapu City.

The company said its subsidiary, Big Game Inc, acquired the facility from businesswoman Amparo Umali by giving her 835,400 shares at P10.50 per share.

PAGCOR Chairperson Andrea Domingo last month said PhilWeb could resume its business by the end of the year as long as it changes the way it operates.
