The Landbank of the Philippines in Cebu has sought the help of the National Bureau of Investigation's to stop the rising number of ATM skimming cases in the area.

The bank released CCTV or surveillance footage of suspects who struck recently in their Banilad, Cebu City branch.

One of the victims was Superintendent Ryan Devaras of the Cebu City police. Devras said P32,000 was withdrawn without his consent last Monday, leaving him with only P175.
