A loaded Creamline squad tries to keep its undefeated run alive in the 2019 PVL Open Conference when it takes on Petrogazz in Game 1 of the best-of-3 finals.

Opening serve is at 6 p.m., at FilOil Flying V Center in San Juan, right after the 4 p.m. tussle between BanKo-Perlas and Motolite for third place.

The Cool Smashers have steamrolled the competition to the tune of 18 wins in a row and just 5 sets dropped. If they sweep the title series, they'll be the first team in league history to finish a conference 20-0.

But Petrogazz knows a thing or two about foiling Creamline, having thwarted the Cool Smashers' title hopes when the Angels beat them 2-1 in the Reinforced Conference in July.

Creamline is star-laden, led by national team mainstays Alyssa Valdez and Jia Morado, and ably supported by Michele Gumabao, Jema Galanza, Pau Soriano, Celine Domingo, Rosemarie Vargas, Risa Sato and Kyle Negrito along with liberos Melissa Gohing and Kyle Atienza.

Petrogazz, meanwhile, parades a lineup that includes Jonah Sabete, Jovie Prado, Cherry Nunag, Paneng Mercado, Jeanette Panaga, Cai Baloaloa, Alyssa Layug, Djanel Cheng, Relea Saet, Rica Enclona and Cienne Cruz.

The finals will be aired live on LIGA SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD SkyCable Channel 183, iWant and via livestream.
