Tropical depression "Tino" is on its way out of the Philippine area of responsibility Saturday morning but is still expected to bring some rains over parts of Luzon and the Visayas, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

Last spotted about 305 kilometers west northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Tino is still packing maximum sustained winds of up to 55 kms per hour and gustiness of up to 80 kph.

Tino and the northeast monsoon are affecting Cagayan in northern Luzon and also the Bicol region, Mimaropa and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

Residents may expect possible flooding and landslides in these areas.

The Ilocos region, Cordillera and Batanes, meanwhile, may experience light rains brought by the northeast monsoon. Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. - News Now, 18 November 2017
