MMDA conducts dry run of SEA Games 'stop and go' traffic scheme

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) conducted a dry run of the traffic plan for the upcoming Southeast Asian (SEA) Games. MMDA Spokesperson Celine Pialago says Thursday's traffic simulation went well but motorists should expect delays in some of the main thoroughfares in Metro Manila during the event.
