DILG aims to wrap up probe on Albayalde before his retirement

The Philippine interior and local government department is working double time to finish their investigation into former police chief Oscar Albayalde over his possible involvement in a drug recycling scandal.

Interior Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya says they aim to end their probe before Albayalde retires on November 8th.
