PET asks Marcos, Robredo to comment on recount report

The Presidential Electoral Tribunal bucks an expected ruling on whether to junk or proceed with the election protest filed by 2016 vice presidential candidate Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos. The tribunal released instead the result of the initial recount and asked the opposing sides to comment on this and on issues related to Marcos' appeal to annul the elections in 3 Mindanao provinces.
