While talking to soldiers at Camp Elias Angeles in Pili, Camarines Sur, President Rodrigo Duterte read names of Chinese nationals suspected of having ties to the illegal drug operations in the Philippines. However, he did not give further details regarding the suspects.

Duterte said that he will soon release a third "narco-list" naming people allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade.

He also said that there are about 40 judges around the Philippines named in his forthcoming list of drug suspects. He said he might give the list to the Armed Forces and Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa to do with as they may.

He has difficulty dealing with the alleged narco-politicians and others named in his list, Duterte said, because "the technicality of the law makes it hard for [him] to deal with the problem."

"If that problem outlasts me...resolbahin ninyo ang problema na iyan kasi sisirain ang Pilipinas (resolve that problem because it will destroy the Philippines)," he said.
