Convicted US Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton will just have to wait a few more days before he finally walks out of prison. 

So far, the Philippines' corrections bureau has signed Pemberton's release order.

His lawyer doesn't see any major hitches, as the immigration bureau needs to secure some documentary requirements. - The World Tonight, ANC, September 10, 2020
