Poor Filipinos most vulnerable in Duterte's drug war, study says

President Rodrigo Duterte's 2-year-long war on narcotics has killed mostly poor and low-level targets, researchers from the country's top universities concluded after months of poring over media reports of drug-related deaths.

The Philippine National Police said while some of the findings were not surprising, it will look into the results of this study.
