Market-goers continued to flock to Blumentritt Market in Manila Wednesday, a day after photos of the crowds in the public market went viral.

Drone video taken by ABS-CBN News showed market-goers going into the different stalls in the market Wednesday morning.

The local government of Manila earlier said the closure of Balintawak Market in Quezon City caused a surge of consumers to Blumentritt.

The local government is opening 3 entry and exit points to restrict the flow of consumers in Blumentritt Market.

Manila City residents are allowed to buy at Blumentritt Market from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. while non-Manila City residents will be allowed from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Wholesale buyers will be allowed from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
