If given a chance, gambling operator Charlie "Atong" Ang said he is willing to prove that government can earn up to P60 billion a year in lottery and sweepstakes operations all over the country.

Ang criticized Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office General Manager Alexander Balutan for saying that the PCSO is already earning P1.7 billion monthly from STL, saying that he is willing to "call" Balutan's bluff that earnings cannot reach P60 billion.

"O sige since magaling kang ano, may medal ka lahat, okay. Patutunayan ko. Kayong dalawa ni [former Chairman Jorge] Corpuz pag napatunayan ko yan...isusugal ko ang buhay ko against sa buhay niyong dalawa," he said in a DZMM interview.

He also slammed Balutan for not being true to his word that he will resign if Sandra Cam was named PCSO board member.

Ang, a former consultant of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. on jai alai operations during the Estrada administration, was recently tapped by President Duterte to "clean up" the PCSO.

Balutan, a member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) class of 1983, earlier accused Ang of offering P200 million per month to the PCSO if it agreed to allow him to operate STL nationwide, a charge that Ang denied.
