Saquilayan was forced to relinquish his post as Imus mayor to Maliksi in December 2011 after his petition for a temporary restraining order was denied by the First Division of Comelec. The poll body scheduled a hearing on Maliksi’s election protest on Jan. 11, 2012. Maliksi sat as mayor of Imus while the First Division tackled the case. Maliksi’s camp has filed a motion for reconsideration. – Umagang Kay Ganda, May 14 2012 Share Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Viber Regions, elections,COMELEC,Umagang Kay Ganda,Cavite,Imus,May 14 2012,Homer Saquilayan Read More: elections COMELEC Umagang Kay Ganda Cavite Imus May 14 2012 Homer Saquilayan
