Avila says the party-list group has not been disqualified with finality, adding its internal term-sharing agreement is not a basis for disqualification. He adds Senior Citizens party-list is entitled to two seats in Congress after getting around 600,000 votes in the recent polls. Avila stresses the need to review the constitutional provisions on the party-list system.
