Over 30 authentic street food vendors from 13 nations, including the Philippines, will once again take center stage as Manila hosts the World Street Food Congress this year.

Themed "Re-imagine Possibilities," the 5-day event scheduled at the Mall of Asia concert grounds in Pasay City from May 31 to June 4 will gather foodies from more than a dozen nations for a smorgasbord of authentic heritage street food.

Event curator KF Seetoh said international food and travel host Anthony Bourdain will also be in town to hunt for potential street food vendors to bring into his New York project.

Seetoh, chef Sau del Rosario, and Karem Miranda, the officer-in-charge of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions on Monday sat down with ANC's Early Edition for a primer for this event.
