Remarkable Women: Marine conservation advocate urges better implementation of laws

The water shortage in the country's capital region should teach Filipinos the value of water, a marine conservation advocate said. Anna Oposa, founder of "Save Philippine Seas", said implementation of environmental laws is one good first step.

She said most of the time, the biggest challenge is choosing between convenience and what is good for the environment, but Filipinos should look at the bigger picture.
