Atom Araullo recalls surviving storm surge

ABS-CBN News correspondent Atom Araullo, in a live report aired on ANC's "Primetime" on Saturday, recalled the massive storm surge as seen in a footage first aired on "Umagang Kay Ganda."

"We didn't realize that the water would be covering almost the entire city... In the beginning, it was only ankle-deep. By the time we went to ground level, it was already [up to] our chests. And then we really couldn't do anything after that, because the water was already above our heads," he said. -- ANC, Primetime, November 9, 2013
