Internet sensation Alisah Bonaobra, who first shot to fame with her viral cover of the Frozen hit "Let It Go," is now on her way to fulfill her dreams as she booked a trip to the finals of "The Voice of the Philippines."

On Sunday, Bonaobra and fellow Team Apl member Daryl Ong performed "One Sweet Day" live at the Resorts World Manila as part of the semi-finals of the TV talent contest.

For the live semifinals, the last eight contestants will perform twice: a solo performance and a duet with their teammate.

For her solo performance on Saturday, Bonaobra sang a heartfelt rendition of "Lipad ng Pangarap," while Ong sang "Take Me Out of the Dark" by Gary Valenciano.

Their coach, apl.de.ap, felt Bonaobra stood out in their duet, giving her a score of 55%, with Ong getting 45%.

Ong, however, routed Bonaobra in text votes, with a score of 54.87%, while Bonaobra got only 45.13%.

Bonaobra, however, had the best overall score of 50.07%, just almost half a point from Ong's 49.94%.
