MANILA, Philippines – Cebu Pacific is offering a refund for passengers who were affected by the holiday chaos at the NAIA Terminal 3.

The budget carrier said those with flights from Manila between December 23 and January 5 can avail of a full refund, re-book their flights without additional charges, or put up a travel fund.

The move comes a little too late for the airline, however, as Cebu Pacific is now under investigation over the flight cancellations and alleged overbooking after a complaint was filed against it.

Cebu Pacific has said the long lines and flight delays that affected hundreds of passengers were caused by flight cancellations due to bad weather. -- News Now, ANC, December 28, 2014.
